John is an undergraduate Marquette University Environmental Engineering student.

 

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, John is an undergraduate research assistant working with Dr. Zitomer, Dr. Liu and Mr. Venkiteshwaran on two research projects.

 

With Dr. Zitomer and Dr. Liu, he researches pyrolysis of biosolids using a high temperature reactor, bomb calorimeter and gas chromatography.

 

With Dr. Zitomer and Mr. Venkiteshwaran, John explores increasing the tolerance of anaerobic digester biomass to air-drying for use in bioaugmentation.
